Cato College of Education alumna Emily Wagoner, who was recognized recently as Cabarrus County's Teacher of the Year, will be starting her masters in school administration in the fall at UNC Charlotte.
Wagoner, who earned a dual degree in special education and elementary education in 2014, is a third-grade teacher at R. Brown McAllister Elementary.
