Guided Meditations with Arna

Register to receive a recorded meditation led by Arna Erega, Doctoral student in Counselor Education and Supervision. A short break, where you can take a moment to honor yourself and create a few moments of peace and calm by focusing on things that are most important to you, things you have control over, and letting go, at least momentarily, of the things and worries that do not serve you. All you have to do is play the recording, get yourself comfortable, and listen as Arna leads you through this guided relaxation.
