Do you have trouble juggling everything you have to do as a graduate student? Lab research, teaching assistant work, internships, a job, family/caretaking responsibiliities and navigating graduate school in general, can cause excessive amounts of stress on even the most seasoned graduate student. Managing your time is often connected to your ability to manage stress which can occur as a result of perfectionism and procrastination. Participants can expect to walk away with helpful methods to manage these and other barriers to productivity.
