The Graduate School's "Orientation for New Students" is designed to introduce you to the University, the graduate community and the broad range of resources and services available to support your success. In addition to learning about the policies that govern your studies at UNC Charlotte, you will hear from experienced graduate students on a variety of subjects, such as living in Charlotte, being a non-traditional student or the importance of writing in graduate school.
The Fall 2015 New Graduate Student Orientation will be held in August on the main campus of UNC Charlotte on Saturday, August 22 beginning with registration at 9:15 AM, in McKnight Auditorium, Cone University Center. Soon you will be able to RSVP for the event by logging into your applicant portal. In the meantime, we encourage new graduate students to use the weblinks below for additional information and resources.
Our Graduate Life Fellows are also available to answer your questions directly and meet with you individually. Contact them at GradLifeFellows@uncc.edu
